I think everyone has had a late night out in Atlanta, only to find yourself starving at the end of the night and craving good food. Before you settle on Waffle House or fast food, take a look at this list. From fancy steakhouses open until morning and 24 hour burger joints with healthy alternatives, this list is sure to be your go to for your next late night rendezvous in Atlanta.

Marcel, named after iconic French fighter Marcel Cerdan, is a stylish steakhouse and bar located off Howell Mill Rd in Atlanta. Open until 2 am on Fridays and Saturdays, Marcel is the perfect place to enjoy a late night out while also enjoying a delicious meal.

Octopus Bar

Located on Gresham Ave in East Atlanta, Octopus Bar is headed by chef’s Angus Brown and Nhan le. Using locally sourced ingredients this restaurant is known for their savory lobster rolls as well as many other tasty dishes. This gem happens to be open Tuesday through Saturday until 2:30 am!

Holeman and Finch Public House

Serving local craft beers and dishes made from fresh local ingredients, Holeman and Finch stands by the mantra good food, good drinks, good people. Open until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, Holeman and Finch features a double cheeseburger that is a must try if you get a chance to dine there!

culinarylocalVictory Sandwich Bar

The Victory Sandwich Bar is a late night favorite in Atlanta. Open until 2 am everyday, Victory Sandwich Bar is usually the first stop after a fun night out. The menu includes quirky sanwiches such as their “smoke on water”, a salmon sandwich paired with peanuts, cilantro, pickled veggies and radish. If that combo does not make you want to check this place out, I don’t know what will.

Little Trouble

Little Trouble is described as a cool bar located in the westside provisions district. With having  more of a lounge feel than restaurant this spot still delivers when it comes to food with its Asian inspired street food menu. Open until midnight Monday though Saturday, this hidden gem is worth the visit for its atmosphere alone.

The Vortex

The Vortex is actually a long time favorite of mine and of many Atlanta natives. Its midtown location (they also have a location in Little Five Points) features a comedy club that you have to be 21 and up to enter so keep that in mind if you are planning a visit. Serving burger, fries and everything in between, Im sure the Vortex will quickly become one of your faves as well.

Marlows Tavern

With several different locations in and around metro Atlanta, Marlow’s Tavern has locations open until 11 pm and midnight. Serving brunch on the weekends and boasting a small but delightful kids menu, Marlow’s can be a late night spot that even the whole family can enjoy.
