Welcome to another week full of fun and creative events in Atlanta. We here at CulinaryLocal hope that everyone is enjoying their Monday. There are so many cool and memorable events happening again this week in Atlanta as always! There is no shortage of things to do and chances are we have found something to fit what you and your group is looking for. As always, these events are just new events we thought would make some of the best memories to look back on.
Monday, February 25
Atlanta D&D Mondays | Joystick Gamebar | 6:00 pm – 10:30 pm
Are you interested in Dungeons and Dragons? Joystick Gamebar is pairing up with Atlanta D&D to host a D&D night every Monday! No experience is needed and everything is provided at the event itself. All you need is yourself and a few friends to go explore a new community you might otherwise stay away from. Dungeon Masters come ready to pitch your game! For every $15 spent by players, Dungeon Masters can get a free drink. If D&D is not your thing, no need to fear! There is plenty of other games available such as Mrs. Pacman, Mortal Kombat, and Space Invaders.

Tequila Dinner | Pure Taqueria Brookhaven | 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Join the kind folks at Pure Taqueria Brookhaven for one of the many fun events in Atlanta this week. We have an eight course tequila dinner brought to you by 1800 Tequila. This event is very exclusive as there are only twenty-four seats for the event so RSVP as soon as you can! Reserving your spot is free and they will reach out to confirm your spot before the dinner. This event is well worth the $50 plus tax and gratuity that it costs on the day of the even. Take a chance and taste these incredible spirits while enjoying mouth-watering dishes such as bacon wrapped quail and Mexican polenta!

Basic Sausage Making Class | Farmview Market | 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Learn Farmview’s step-by-step process of making sausage blends, working with different types of casings, cooking methods and more. You will take home 2 lbs. of sausage and learn the basics of sausage-making in an intimate setting. Led by Farmview Butcher Glen Wellman, you will leave with skills you can use in your own kitchen. The class and materials fee includes instruction, hands-on experience, and 2 lbs. of sausage to take home. This class will be held at Farmview Market in the butcher area, which is kept extremely cold. Please plan to dress in layers, including hat and thick socks.
Chocolate and Tea Pairing Class | Zen TeaHouse | 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm
Zen TeaHouse is home to over 150 premium teas and have decided to bring you guys something extra special this week. Got a bit of a sweet tooth with a side of sophisticated? So do we! This Chocolate and Tea pairing class will bring you some of the best local and national chocolates along with tea favorites to enhance the flavors. There is limited seating so make sure you call to save your seat soon! At $29 per person this experience is quite a steal. Just grab a date or invite a good friend to this exclusive class and prepare to create some of the best memories.

“A Journey to Italy” | The Savvy Cellars | 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Whether you’re an Italian wine lover or not, this tasting of 6 exceptional fine wines from northern and central Italy will exceed your expectations! Fill your senses with the taste and aromas of these fine wines, and find something new and special for your wine collection! We will be tasting: Bisol Jeio Prosecco DOCG, Buglioni Valpolicella Superiore, Tenuta Sette Cieli NOI4, and more! Throwback Thursday | Monday Night Brewing | 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Ready to throw it back to the old days? We are too! This is an event you cannot miss, especially since weekends are overrated at Monday Night Brewing. Be prepared to enjoy a pint and six tastings at the low price of only $12. Swing by at 4:00 pm to relish the nostalgia and drink a few beers. Bring a few friends by with you to enjoy the old school ticket and touring system being brought back to West Midtown!

Tasting at Ten | Counter Culture Coffee Atlanta | 10:00 am – 11:00 am
Are you ready for a free event featuring one of your favorite addictions? Counter Culture Coffee Atlanta is bringing you a FREE coffee tasting featuring one of more coffees. This tasting will also feature complementary brewing techniques for that specific coffee flavor. The baristas will guide you through the tasting and share details on where each coffee comes from. All are welcome to this event, rain or shine and no experience needed!

This fun event is found in the heart of Atlanta at a more remote location than most of the events on this list. Come out to join Chef Marcee for games, food, and fun. This months menu includes mouth-watering vanilla cheesecake waffles with strawberries. If that does not sound appetizing, then a tater tot breakfast bowl with eggs and pepper jack topped with crumbled turkey sausage should be more appealing.
