Sausage Making Class

Come join Rusty & Tyler for a hands on sausage-making workshop as they explain a variety of grinding, casing and cooking methods. Participants take home two pounds of their own sausage creation.

This class runs from 10 - 1 and includes a lunch of beer braised smoked sausagest, country sides, and beverages. Sausage Class attendees will take home 2 pounds of their own hand made sausage. $125/ Person. Classes are held at Pine Street Market. Refunds are not available for missed classes.

Class transfer or cancellation/refund requests must be made at least 7 days prior to your class start date.
