On the Grill: Sausage-Making for Summer Dining

Spend the afternoon with Farmview Butcher Glen Wellman and his team learning and using Farmview’s step-by-step process of making sausage blends, working with different types of casings, cooking methods and more. The emphasis in this workshop will be on brats and other sausages well-suited to grilling, just in time for picnic and patio season!

Please Note:
Class and materials fee includes instruction, hands-on experience, and 2 lbs. of sausage to take home.
Pre-registration is required. Class size is limited. Early registration is recommended.
Class held at Farmview Market in the butcher area, which is kept extremely cold. Please plan to dress in layers, including hat and thick socks.
Suitable for ages 18 and up
