Join us on a culinary tour of Italy and experience the wonderful fresh ingredients from the region. Culinary Center Instructor Taylor Shulman will take you on a whirlwind tour of flavor and spice as you learn to use your EGG in a new way!

Menu includes Gnocchi with arrabbiata sauce; Chicken alfredo “lasagna”; Meatballs; Pappardelle with salsa verde and beef short rib; Smoked chicken parmesan; and ricotta cheesecake with strawberry jam
