Whether you are new to the EGG or just want to brush up on your cooking skills, join Chef Amanda Egidio for EGG 101 to learn all the tips and tricks to Grilling, Roasting, Smoking, and Baking with the Big Green Egg. This is a group class based on technique with lots of time for questions, interaction ... and time to make and sample some delicious food.
