Looking to expand your cooking skills on the Big Green Egg? Then this boot camp is for you! In this 2-day workshop, we will teach you the basics of lighting, temperature control, and how to master multiple cooking techniques.

Day 1:
Reverse Sear Tri-Tip with Chimichurri sauce
BBQ Baked Sour Cream Drop Biscuits
Cedar-Planked Parmesan Potatoes
Coke-Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Tomato Jam

Day 2:
Chesapeake-Style Dry-Rubbed Low and Slow Smoked Shrimp
Assorted Flatbread Pizzas, (Spicy Sausage, Roasted Peppers and Goat Cheese; and Chicken, Spinach and Artichoke)
Basil-Cured Smoked Salmon with Basil Mayo
Salt Dome Whole Snapper Taco Bar
Greek Lamb Burgers with Cucumber-Yogurt Sauce and Feta

    Has the date been changed?? If so we have not been notified. We are traveling from Missouri and have already made travel plans!!
