Few things compare with the enjoyment of a holiday spent with friends, family and a memorable meal prepared entirely on the Big Green Egg.

Join us for tips on preparing the perfect turkey on the EGG, as well as a new twist on traditional side dishes. At the end of the class, we’ll celebrate together with a holiday feast.

Thanksgiving menu includes bourbon-maple turkey, Sage sausage and poached cranberry collard green dolmades with sweet potato cream, old-fashioned macaroni and cheese, muffin tin stuffing with manchego mashed potatoes, and our famous chocolate bourbon pecan pie!
