If you’re looking for tips on sourcing, selecting and cooking the best beef around, this class is for you! Jerry Draluck of Buckhead Beef is our expert on meat selection, including grades, marbling, color, aroma, aging, cleaning and preparation, and he will walk you through the process of sourcing the best meat for your next cook!

Jerry will also cook up a meaty lunch including ribeye steak, pork tenderloin and stuffed hamburgers, along with baked potatoes, grilled vegetables and whole grilled onions.
