Instructor: Taylor Shulman, Culinary Center Instructor

In this class we will cover the basics of BBQ, discuss the origin of ‘que, find out what the country’s favorite smoked foods are, and take a tour of regional sauces and styles. The menu is made up of brisket, beef ribs, beer braised barbacoa tacos, pulled chicken, Boston butt and cold smoked cheese.
