It’s beach time, and that’s the best time to cook seafood on the EGG! With the EGG’s versatility … the possibilities are endless. Chef Phillip will share some of his favorite ways to “go coastal” on your Big Green Egg, including Salt-crusted snapper; Banana leaf grouper with green coconut chutney; Crispy-skin salmon and panko; and Herb-crusted flounder with Gribiche sauce.

He will accompany these with field pea succotash; Grilled asparagus with cured eggs and herb vinaigrette; and Grilled artichokes with niçoise olive relish and smoked beet salad.
