Missed the first class of the series? Not to fear! Anyone is welcome to learn from Chef Linda the ins and outs of cleaning a whole fish. This is an essential skill if you are ever cooking your fish whole or you're going to steak it rather than filet it! Chef will also teach students how to prepare three dishes including tuna crudo, salmon in pastry and roasted branzino. Guests have the option of purchasing a three-class ticket for a discounted price that will allow you entrance to this fish cooking class, stocks and sauces class on March 25th, and dessert making class on April 29th.
