Welcome to part one of Chef Linda's four-part cooking series! In the first class of the series, learn how to butcher, brine, spatchcock and truss a whole chicken. Chef will also teach you how to cook three classic chicken dishes: chicken caprese, lemon roasted chicken and balsamic truffle chicken thighs. You'll be an expert in poultry in no time! Check out the details below for the following three classes that will take place on the last Saturday of each month. All classes will take place from 1:00-4:00. Can't make it to all four? Coming to one is just fine!

Saturday, Feb. 25th- Learn how to clean a whole fish and how to prepare: Tuna Crudo, Salmon in Pastry and roasted branzino.
Saturday, March 25th- Learn how to make classic sauces and stocks and how to prepare: béchamel sauce, chicken stock, butter sauce, hollandaise, béarnaise and a salsa verde (euro).
Saturday, April 29th- Learn how to make 4 classic desserts: NY cheesecake, white chocolate raspberry mousse, lemon tart and tiramisu

The Fine Print

You do not have to go to all four sessions of this series, but you are more than welcome to! Separate tickets for the subsequent classes are also available on Culinary Local.
