Join bread-maker and farmer Lori Smith for an evening of hands-on fun as she returns to Farmview Schoolhouse to offer a more advanced bread-making class that will give you all the skills you need to wow guests and friends throughout the holiday season!

In this evening workshop, you will enjoy learning the technique for making cinnamon bread and cinnamon rolls, using the same basic recipe, but with different preparation processes. You choose between the two for your take-home product, but you will receive recipes and guidance for both preparation techniques.

It’s important to note that in this class, you WILL participate in the dough making process, which will include kneading the dough, and you might want to bring your apron!

Hands-on work required.

Class and supply fees include discussion by instructor, and the lesson about making bread, the bread-making experience, 2 loaves of bread of your choice to bake at home, recipes, and samples.

The Fine Print

$25 registration + $8 for supplies (to be paid to the teacher in exact change or check on the day of class). Pre-registration is required. Class size is limited. Early registration is recommended. Class held at Farmview Market in the Patio Room.
