Learn Farmview’s step-by-step process of making sausage blends, working with different types of casings, cooking methods and more.

You will take home 2 lbs. of sausage and learn the basics of sausage-making in an intimate setting. Led by Farmview Butcher Glen Wellman, you will leave with skills you can use in your own kitchen.

Class and materials fee includes instruction, hands-on experience, and 2 lbs. of sausage to take home.

Class held at Farmview Market in the butcher area, which is kept extremely cold. Please plan to dress in layers, including hat and thick socks.

The Fine Print

Suitable for ages 18 and up. Pre-registration is required. Class size is limited. Early registration is recommended.
