There’s lots of wine and beer for you to experience, but make sure you have time for the festival that are happening toward the end of the week. It could be worth your time.

Drunk Wine School: France Edition | Double Zero | 6:30 pm 

Drunk Wine School is back at Double Zero on Monday, August 28, featuring seven wines from across France! Join bar manager Nick Dolby as he takes guests through the different regions of France. Atlas Celebrates Summer | Atlas | 5:30 pm 

Atlas, the acclaimed restaurant located at the St. Regis Atlanta, is now offering a three-course summertime menu through August. Guests can relax in the dining room among the masterpiece art collection or on the expansive outdoor patio and enjoy three delectable courses created by Executive Chef Christopher Grossman. Inspired by the flavors of the season, guests can indulge in summer melon gazpacho boasting seared scallops; pecan grilled rack of lamb; and raspberry hibiscus donuts. Wine lovers can take advantage of two pairing options for an additional cost.

Georgia Beer Freedom Celebration Tour | Torched Hop Brewing | 7:15 pm – 11: 00 pm

To celebrate this historic day in Georgia Beer history, Beer From Here Brew Tours is going to make full use of the new law! Before, you had to pay for a full tour and tasting to get in the brewery. As of Sept 1st, you’ll then be able to stop at any Georgia Brewery and order a single beer to enjoy, or 4. That’s why on this celebratory tour we will be hitting as many of the Westside area breweries as possible in our scheduled tour time.

Taste of Soul Atlanta (TOSA) 2017 | Mercedes Benz Stadium | 11 am

Taste of Soul Atlanta (TOSA), is a citywide FREE festival that takes place in one of Atlanta’s oldest and most historic neighborhoods. Green Market | Piedmont Park | 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

Piedmont Park Conservancy’s Program Department hosts the Green Market, a local farmers market serving Midtown’s population with fresh, clean local food. The Green Market is held Saturdays from 9:00am – 1:00pm from early March to mid-December. Voted one of the top five farmer’s markets in Atlanta by Access Atlanta, Green Market encourages sustainable communities in the most basic way – by providing shoppers with direct access to local farmers and merchants. It’s as simple as that. Local farmers, bakers, sauce makers and hand made goodies; there is something for everyone. While you shop you can enjoy prepared foods and drinks for breakfast and lunch.
