Linda will demonstrate her scone-making process, step-by-step, for creating the lightly sweetened, biscuit-like cakes that make tea-time (or anytime!) so much lovelier. You will leave with Linda’s favorite scone recipe, a goodie-bag of her scones, and firsthand knowledge of how a British baker makes magic! It’s the perfect experience for an aspiring baker, a ladies’ day out (grab lunch in the cafe beforehand and then come to class!), or a little miniature get-away for the Anglophile in the family!
